This class is for anyone looking for a slower paced practice. Placing emphasis on listening to our bodies in simple yoga poses and stretches. Introducing alignment and awareness, breath and balance, for our mind, body and spirit connection. Occasionally exploring and adding Yin (longer holds) during our the session to target connective tissues, and fascia. Finding calmness and peace in our day to obtain a more healthy body.

Therapeutic Yoga Class
This class is for individuals wanting to lessen underlying dysfunctions and inefficient movement patterns that can cause chronic pain and other challenges that keep us from enjoying life to its fullest. Together, we will be better able to live with purpose, on purpose! This class is more of a restorative class. We move at slower pace and hold our poses, while listening to our bodies and focusing on the breath.
