Tai Chi and QiGong
At present I am working with students in practicing Yang Style TAIJIQUAN. There are different styles of Taiji (pronounced Tai Ge). Studies conducted in countries around the world show the health benefits of practicing tai chi/taiji are effective in restoring one's balance, reduction of stress, restoring health to joints, prevention of falls, reducing recovery time when injuries occur.
