Mat is done on a flat surface indoors or out on a mat.
Reformer, Tower, and Cadillac
is performed on Pilate equipment with instructor coaching.
Pilate Blend/Sculpting is when equipment is incorporated to assist in core strengthening or balance--ball, magic circle, roller, tubing, and bands.
Pilates Pulse Movements of Ballet, Yoga, and Tai Chi are incorporated. All movements and designed to challenge your core.
Gentle Pilates is for students recovering from past injuries.
When necessary, exercises are modified to facilitate
rehabilitation.
Hybrid Format- pilates and ballet, incorporated with usage of equipment--light weights, balls, steps, bands, and cords for muscle conditioning.
